Vacation tracking software is a genre of computer programs that is used by business owners, bosses, and human resource personnel to keep track of the sick days and vacation days taken and due to each employee. Time Consultant is a similar program, but it is used by both employees and managers. Employees are able to keep track of their accrued hours and how many they have used. They can send time off requests to their boss through this system, and the manager can then approve or deny the request via email. Time Consultant allows users to create their own custom rules and regulations within the software that best fit their business model.
