Camping season is now upon us and everywhere I look, I see people shopping for new gear, airing out their tents and packing up their cars for the weekend road trip!  One item that many of you may not have thought of in the past but should consider this year is the camp chair.  There are types of these chairs but folding camp chairs are by far the best because they fit so well in the car, are easy to carry and take up little room when stored.

If you are sitting on an old log or cross-legged on the ground in front of your camp fire during the cold nights in the wilderness, just imagine how much more comfortable it would be to kick back on a nice chair that will keep you away from the cold, damp ground and keep your feet and legs from falling asleep!  Outdoor folding chairs are also great for meal time while camping and you can purchase sets that come with portable tables so that you will not have to eat your meal on the ground or in your hot, stuffy tent.

Camping chairs come in many varieties.  Some are plastic, others are metal and some are a combination of both.  Some have cushions, some are supported by plastic or metal legs but the seat is made of a comfortable fabric that allows you to sink into the chair and get cozy and comfortable for a long night in front of the campfire.  Others are low to the ground and some others are higher.  There are some that recline and adjust the height you want.  You can buy these chairs almost anywhere and in the summer, they are even easier to find.  Department stores, hardware stores, outdoor gear stores and even some grocery stores sell them.  They are available in so many colors and styles that you will have no problem the one that is meant just for you!
