Although new Lil Boosie music may be popular in the mainstream, he has not sold too many copies of his albums. This is not due to them being bad, however, it is due to the internet having so many capabilities of downloading music for free. Lil Boosie is not the only hip hop artist who is struggling to sell an abundance of copies because of the free downloads which are now available to the public virtually everywhere.

His album “The Youngest Of Da Camp,” which is one of his first albums which is available in stores, has sold near one half of a million copies. It took a while for the sales of this album to be boosted, as it was not fully noticed for years after its initial release date. All of the albums recorded by Lil Boosie including the “Lil Boosie Bad Azz (Mixtape),” “Superbad: The Return of Boosie Bad Azz,” “Ghetto Stories,” “Gangsta Muzik,” and the “Young Rich & Famous,” album have all sold between one quarter of a million, and one half of a million. There are some beliefs that more of these albums will be sold in the time that he is in prison, because there will be more of a demand for his tracks.

Regardless of how many albums he has sold to date, he is sure to be selling more as soon as he gets home from prison, as he will be creating a whole new album or two, and will steal the hearts and ears of his fans once again. Mixtapes which has been featured on have sold over one half of a million copies; however they are not directly credited to Boosie Bad Azz himself. Keep Lil Boosie’s music career alive and continue to buy his albums if you are a fan. Keep in mind that when he does get out of prison, he has said that he will give you free mixtapes and sign the albums that you bought if you go to one of his shows.
