If you are a wage slave, there must be days when you hate your job, your boss and your work environment. You want to break free from the 9-5 shackles but you don’t know what to do about it. Ideally, you’d like to be your own boss and create a business in which you can be proud of but you also might be intimidated by the process and your lack of business knowledge.

If this is your situation, fear not. America was built on the backs of hard working individuals and not people with business degrees. We’re not talking about coming up with the next big bright idea and building a multinational corporation. We’re talking about something more practical and humble. If you’re willing to work you for it, then your financial dreams can come true.

For example, a lot of people during the recession turned to house cleaning employment to make extra money. What they found out was that not only could they make extra cash with regular cleaning house jobs, they could also turn it into a business. And so that was how their domestic cleaning service business was born.

Sure, this type of business is not glamorous or appealing, but that’s the idea. If it is, then the demand wouldn’t be so high. The fact is, the more unappealing something is, the greater chance someone is willing to pay for it.

Another thing in favor for a house cleaning business is the fact that the income is regular. You get regular clients that need your services every week, second week or once a month. It just makes sense that everything eventually gets dirty again. And because it is human nature to avoid hassles, clients will keep a good trustworthy housekeeper rather than finding someone new who might be cheaper.

So, if you’re at the end of your ropes with your existing job and you want to find a business in which you can succeed with hard work why not give house cleaning a try?
