When it comes to holding up your body, allowing you to move around, to skip, to run, to jump, to drive, to work, etc your joints need to be extremely strong, and they are. The problem with joints is that they age over your life time. And the sad part is that there is not really a great deal that we can do to stop the ageing process, but there is a great deal that we can do to delay the effect of this ageing on a joints, to add years onto our joints, a little bit like giving your car a service every so many miles in order to prolong its life.
