The diminutive size is what first grabs your attention when looking at a D900 Samsung. It is very light and very slim. Very similar in fact to another popular phone, the Motorola Razr V3. The dimensions are almost exactly the same.

The phone’s display is bright enough and measures 43 mm by 32 mm, with 262k colors. The screen is easy to read even outside in the sunlight. In terms of layout, if you are familiar with the Samsung slide-open phones, the layout is similar.

The Samsung D900 is a really good little phone. Samsung, keeping the user in mind, made the soft keys nice and big as well, as the main navigation key.

One really neat feature that Samsung put in the D900 Samsung phone is the ridge above the navigation key that prevents you from pressing a key when you slide open the phone. For those of us that have had a problem with fat fingers, it is a nice touch!

There is a microSD card slot on the phone that allows it to have additional memory, up to 4 GB. Over on the left side of the phone is where the volume rocker switch is located. This rocker is used for adjusting the MP3 player and the call volume. However, if you listen to a lot of music on your phone be aware that the standard 80 MB of memory that will fill up quickly, so you will want to use that microSD card slot. The combination headphone, USB and the charging port as well as the main shutter button for the camera is located on the right side of the phone.

Voices in Technology is just one of the review sites that rated the D900 as a very cool phone and one that you will have a lot of fun with. The camera is awesom! So if you are looking for a lot of bells, whistles and gadgets, the D900 Samsung is for you!
