If you recently purchased a inversion table that requires you to put it together after you get home then you’re going to need the instructions from the manual to be able to do so. Specifically if you buy a Lifegear product then you will need a Lifegear inversion table manual to be able to complete the installation and construction process properly. In some cases people may not keep the manual and it can be thrown out because they think they don’t need it or they may misplace it. Whatever the case may be it’s important to know how to put the table together because if it is not it could fall apart or breakdown on you while it’s being used and cause serious injury.

Some of the parts that you will need to pay close attention to include the frame, table bed, roller hinges, and height bar. These are the main moving parts of the Lifegear inversion table and are required for proper construction in order for it to work properly and safely. The frame is an A frame which can be opened up and then locked into position. The horizontal crossbar when facing forward is considered the front of the frame. You then go on to make sure you attach the table to the support beams and make sure that they slide into locking position. The roller hinges help the table to be able to rotate properly. There is a set of pivot pins on the side of the center support beam and this is where you attach the roller hinges. You want to make sure they lock into position and that you slide the lever to lock it. The height bar is what contains the feet rests that your feet will be placed in. You can then insert this bar into the bottom of the support and then make sure they put the locking pin in place so that it is secured.
